Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
We are honoured to invite you to the Fourth International Scientific Conference UNIVERSALISM OF HUMAN WORK. The topics of the conference will focus on the challenges facing education in times of rapid social change. An attempt will be made to answer the question: To what extent does modern education prepare for the modern labour market? The topics to be discussed at the conference are important as they addresses important problems of the human being entangled in the network of dependencies between education, the labour market and human existence. The choice of the above topics is dictated by the need to undertake an academic discourse analysis in the context of the impact of education on human lives and the challenges facing education in times of social inequality. Education and work are the basic human activities that define membership of particular social groups and determine the functioning of modern man in many areas of life.
