The Institute of Management and Social Affairs at the University of the National Education Commission, Krakow, invites you to participate in the 5th International Scientific Conference Universalism of Human Work. Management Education Development, which will take place on 3-4 June 2024 in Krakow.
The topics of the Conference will focus on challenges to management and education in the times of rapid social changes. The aim of the event is to create a platform for more thorough discussion and analysis of modern challenges associated with human labor. While focusing in three key areas – management, education and development – we want to define a universal approach to human work and search for innovative human resource management. At the same time, the Conference focuses on the role of education in preparing the workforce to the dynamically changing labor market and on the analysis of activities that support personal and professional development. The influence of modern technologies on human work and efforts to find balance between efficiency and humanistic aspects of labor are also relevant issues to be discussed during the event. Through integration of various perspectives and experiences, the Conference aims at providing inspiration and guidance to those who create more sustainable and effective workplaces.
